The market share competitors are: The Levy Productions Group, DAV Productions, DK Productions, and Laguna Productions. The tunnel vision of creating content in a structured or cookie cutter model manner is both their greatest strength and greatest weakness. story board

I chose to do a chose to do a commercial for hotels .com after I recently was on the hunt for a cheap hotel for a friend. There are too many travel sites these days; however, I found that hotels.com's website to be one of the easier to navigate. The set up is simple, each square is a Representative of a possible hotel choice, as the camera move out you can see all that there are more choices available, which would make the viewer react in that way. The next element is text affirming "more choices more hotels" the sphere is a representative of the global and means that the site is global. the commercial is simple, yet direct and to the point. "more choice more hotels." (from the hotels.com website).

Where are you now and where are you going?

In the current state I'm in right now is the typical broke college student. Stuck in between a state of that stigma and where I want to go.  The current state also brings no money, no time and very little self satisfaction. On the flip side a more rewarding, and fulfilling career would be ideal. To do this, will take dedication, time, and another thirty-thousand dollars. All in all I guess I'll still be broke but happily in a career, in a studio, in the basement.  I guess where I really want to go is out, and explore. Travel to new places experience new things, and most of all leave... You get it.

week 2 EOC: copy right law

Original works: according to the copyright .gov ownership starts with the author whom created the piece of work, as defined as a tangible work. If the properties transferred to another assignee than the assignor waves their rights to any future clam to that property in future events.

Work for hire: In the case of a work for hire the assignee loses the right to said intellectual property to the assignor in which that piece of property within that said assignment pertains. Therefor, the assignee has no right to said content, and has no claim to such content in future date.

Joint work: in the case of a joint effort work for content that content is therefore divided equally between all parties of non work for hire for that said property and each party has equal rights to that content.  The transfer of joint property is such that an individual may assign their portion to said property and the assignee retains new ownership, which will not affect all other parties interests in that property.

Week 1 EOC: What sacrifices are you willing to make for your Career?

In any case to put one's self in a better position, that person must make certain sacrifices. For example, to get a better job or just even that first job straight out of college, you might have to take a pay cut, move to a new location, or even work for free, which is not the same as a pay cut mind you... All of these simple sacrifices may seem trivial, because just about everyone in their lifetime has had the unpleasant experience of at least one or the other, but they ultimately are worth it in the end. In my own case I had to take a pay cut (by a lot) in order to open a door that will lead me on to the next chapter. The next sacrifice that I made is one that most people take for granted; the freedom of being on their own. I honestly never thought having my own kitchen would be so important! In the end, I have learned that these sacrifices are small sacrifices that are necessary in order to get ahead in life, bringing my family and I to where we would ultimately like to be.
