Producers most imoprtant role
The producer's most important role is to keep the production moving, handle the production finance, and keep up with the legalities of the production. What does this all mean? Keeping the production schedule on time is key to making sure that the production finishes within a timely manner. this allows the production to actually get finished. Finances are a quintessential component in the production as a whole. Without keeping up with the financial the production could spiral out of control or even collapse costing the production company more money in the end. Keeping detailed records of location, talent, and other legal is key to keeping the project both on track and legal or free from being sued or shut down. These three parts only a few jobs of a producer, but I feel are the most important when considering a project.

What is the biggest challenge in finishing my business plan
The biggest potential problem in finishing my business plan is time management and poor planning. Planing out the structure of a new small business is time consuming, and quit frankly a lot of research which equals more time. I have attempted within my lifetime (still relatively short) to start my own business; however, not in the capacity that we have been asked to in this class. Structured planning is key when starting a new venture whether it is a business or a new project, and that is where I am lacking in this current state. I have a new plan to correct this issue and will be resolved on the appropriate date as stated in the course syllabus.

starting out in the film indusrty
how do I plan to start out within the industry? Research logo media productions is a main key. I have also started to look into out of state companies as well, which keeps my options open. My degree choice was a main key component as well, being that it is a diverse degree leading to more open doors. This combination with my background (which is as diverse as my degree), will aid in my success within this industry. Knowing my skills and limitations as well will be a factor. Networking in this industry is not only key but crucial in the success of an individual or a company starting out. With these three components I should not only survive, but flourish.
Picture Challenge Week 5: Directors Chair
This is a composite photo of my self sitting in a directors chair. I first started with a blank white canvas in Photoshop. I added the picture of the director's chair and megaphone, then I found a picture of myself sitting roughly in the same position as the chair, I then used a layer mask and masked out (or removed parts I didn't want the viewer to see) in a non-damaging way( this preserve the photo and allows for greater control). During this process I found out I forgot to get a picture with my foot in it (might be helpful) I went and searched found one and then used another layer mask and color corrected to match the original picture used. Lastly I then merged all my layers into one, and color corrected to display what my idea was for the final outcome (above).

Trends
We could learn something from the Japanese, as the progression of technology emerges and more people are using the new technology, their society is adapting to the needs of each demographic both as a whole and individuallyTheir logistics in overseas transferring is constantly improving to accommodate the demand around the world.. How does this affect the average person in the US? Long over due in the US, as the "baby boomer" generation is slowly inter-grading and embracing technology on a daily basis. In order stay on top of the vastly expanding realm of technology new and innovated was of meeting criteria for a broad and specific demographic needs to be apparent. Secondly the delivery of that content needs to have a simple, and yet effective outcome to reach both the masses and a demographic individually. Bigger question is how does this effect an emerging college student? The answer is; how well, will that person adapt to the world around them and how well can they use the tools they have learned. The world of business is changing on a daily basis, and knowing what, where, and how you play a role in that change will determine your success.
